Have we forgotten Jesus Christ? Memory in the Bible is different to memorisation. When Paul tells Timothy to “Remember Jesus Christ” it is a call to face the future with a conscious awareness that he is risen and he is reigning over all things. This is not impractical lofty thoughts, but real comfort, real security, and real hope.
